I had what turned out to be detached retinas in both of my eyes. I called this office and they let me come in late and stayed with me late to help me connect with doctors in Lexington for emergency surgery after diagnosing the severity of my issues. No one ever wants to hear that they have an emergency on their hands, but Dr. Ball and her office were kind, compassionate, thorough, and professional. They helped me out in a frightening time for me. Dr. Ball doesn't know me personally, but she checked on me several times post op to see how I was doing and let me know her office was praying for me. I legitimately could have lost my vision. I thank God he led me to call this office that day.

I was in there several months ago at the push of my husband. I was only wearing readers at the time and it was frustrating to keep putting them on then taking them off. The exam was great. She explained things very well and showed me some issues behind my eyes. So I got glasses with the transition lenses since I was outside a lot. I was expecting a bifocal but picked up some kind of funky lense glasses. I feel going up the stairs a couple times and while clearing the winter garden I fell. I was done with them. I took them back to ask for different lenses. To pay that much and not be able to wear them was crazy to me. I was told I needed to give them another couple of weeks. Well how many times do I need to trip. So back to readers I am in and back to being aggravated with the on and off.

Took my daughter for her annual exam. Once the doctor entered the treatment room, she NEVER acknowledged me, was rude to my daughter and seemed to rush the exam. The exam was not as thorough as it has been in the past. We were made to feel like we inconvenienced her. I'm happy to take myself and my children elsewhere, since clearly her patient's aren't too important to her.

It was close to closing time my son myself and my son in law was her last three customers she was up set because she wasn't going to get out at closing time I heard her tell her associates she wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible her husband kept calling or texting her wanting to know what time she was getting home . She was checking my eyes all of the sudden she was so happy she said oh you have you some cataracts and they aren't baby ones they are about 3 years old she said this with excitement scared me too death first thing I thought of was oh know surgery but all of the sudden she calmed down and said oh but it nothing to worry about until about 3 more years !!!!!!! The way she acted when she told me I had cataracts I thought I had made her day I guess she just wanted to scare me because we were keeping her closing !!!!! It was 6 when she closed we left at 6:30 !! I heard her walking up the hall telling someone I want to hurry and get these 3 put of here so we can leave !!!! Is this professional no I think not !!!!! I wished I had just gotten up out of the examining chair and left so she could go home if I had it to do over again I would but I didn't I let her come in there and scare me half too death about cataracts just to tell me on but it's nothing to worry about for at least 3 years !!!!!!! Has she did this to anyone else ????

I went to her office a few months ago bc I was having eye problems I was in there every week to two weeks she told me I needed glasses so I got glasses well today both of the lens popped out of em while I was at her office she ran multiple test on me dilated a eye they shouldn't have I'm very disappointed

Wonderful, Christian woman who is Only interested in your health. She has helped me and my family quite a lot.

She is very caring and wants to make sure you are very happy and can see well!
