I see the reviews have been somewhat negative but I will say I had an excellent experience! My daughter lost her glasses at summer camp and they fit us in the same day and even made it so we were still able to make it to her dance practice on time! I highly recommend and I think the two receptionists are amazing and have the best personalities and are very professional, respectful and patient with their patients (I noticed as I was sitting in the waiting area waiting on my daughter to finish her eye exam).

I have waited 2 weeks to get a nose piece for my glasses. I sent my daughter to pick up my glasses and after waiting for 45 minutes to get the glasses she has just now been told it will be another 10 minutes! Will never buy anything from this place again. Very rude and unprofessional!

Started at Drs. Office next door with curt staff at check in. Next, the dr. preceded to speak to me as if I were a child (she mocked me because I stated drops she put on my eyes stung), compared me to a little kid. Once they were finished being rude and embarrassing me I entered the vision center showroom only to be yelled at across the room to stop! My temperature HAD to be checked again due to traveling 6 feet after it was checked 10 minutes earlier in drs. office. I get it NOBODY WANTS TO CATCH COVID, but really? Maybe they were all having a bad day, it happens. Did y'all really need to ruin mine because of it? Looking for a different experience for next years eye exam

My elderly mother went there today 12/9/22. They were very rude to her. She and all elderly deserve and should receive respect. Do I recommend London Walmart Vision Center.... ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

I went here for an eye exam in March. The doctor present did diagnose a hole in my eyeball, but she got my contact lens prescription wrong. I am 57 and I find it hard to believe that my vision has begun to improve now. I won't be going back.
