America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I have been making the drive from English Indiana for about 5 years now and the service is always terrific. I had an issue with my glasses and they let me warranty them out over the phone so I didn't have to make the drive to town twice. I could be more pleased

Doctor came in late, then proceeded to have a nasty attitude the entire time. Wasn't helpful at all and don't ask any questions. Ended up not even getting a prescription and being referred to a specialist just for the specialist to tell me they never got a call from America's best Besides that the receptionist and other employees were sweet and helpful

Really had a positive experience here. Very professional and a proper complete eye exam, I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Dr. Juang is a pro. So friendly and helpful, made my trip from Maine worth it.

Best experience I've had! The staff were nice and knowledgeable. The best part was picking out glasses, which I usually dread for many reasons. However, McEwan was so helpful and knowledgeable that the process was a breeze! She listened to what I wanted and not only explained what to look for, she selected many frames for me to try. Definitely recommend this location and McEwan!

We recently returned to America's Best in March 2024 for glasses for myself, husband and mother and we had the best customer service experience, so hats off too: Dr. Bharadia, and staff: Teresa (Asst Mgr), McEwan (Optician), Geneva (Tech) and Christina (Receptionist)! We love the service and selection of glasses offered! I would highly recommend this location for incredible service! We never have to wait and our appointments are always on time as scheduled and well organized! We took my mother to America's Best for the first time on Monday, Feb 6, 2023, located at (10337 Dixie Highway) and she received outstanding customer service. The receptionist was great in helping my mother with her appointment and gave us a big warm welcome when we arrived. We were blessed to meet America's Best team member - Teresa, and she was so kind and patient and able to help my mother with her eye prescription. Our wait time was less than 15 minutes and the selection of frames is fantastic. We would highly recommend this location on Dixie Highway!

My husband had a really good experience everyone was polite a quick Christina was very helpful in ordering what he wanted and the lady who did his eye exam was very nice

I had a problem at another location, so I was in the area and stopped in the Dixie Highway location, I was waited on by a super person who turned out to be the manager Christina. Instead of saying what they couldn't do she said what she could do. A great way to treat a customer, staff went above expectations and got my glasses in 2 weeks, I would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses or contacts. They have my future business for sure.
