Taylorsville Rd location BTW!!! Ok office! Great staff except the young lady at their front desk! I walk in to get my glasses, she goes and get them, I try them on, and I'm just handed the case! No bag, no cleaning cloths, no spray, no nothing, not even a have a good day! I wont be coming back here next year or my daughter who got a wonderful goody bag! But I'm a one and done type a person these days so it's been a pleasure and I love the gentleman with the dogs, he's a complete Gem!

I bought some expensive frames made by Oakley, and I wanted some transitional lenses put in them, and they tell me that they can't do that. Is it about the customer, or is it about what they want? You to do LOL. All about the money that's what they are about. I will find a new eye doctor they're not the only game in town. The hostess that answers the phone and helps you at the counter knows nothing.She is just a body. The rest of the help started there. As a counter helper and now is in a position to make decisions for the company LOL

Dr Stovall is very thorough and listens to my concerns. He takes the time to explain everything in a way I can understand. He is very personable and friendly. The office staff are all very nice. The techs helping pick out glasses are knowledgeable about my insurance and are very honest about how a certain frame fits my face. Over all a very good experience.

He is the first doctor that was able to fit me for soft contacts after wearing hard lenses for over 25 years! I'm so grateful for that! I would love for them to add another location to their downtown location, but will drive the distance for the great service. It is worth the drive!

I have been a patient at Dr Vance & Stovall's office for 32yrs and now my grandchildren attend there. Dr. Stovall has an funny personality and is amazing with people, especially children. Dr. Stovall is the BEST! He is knowledgeable and doesn't take himself too seriously. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Never pushy about "sales." The building is clean and during COVID times they are even doing sanitizing between patients diligently. They have a great selection of frames and will order just about anything for you. The only downside is the parking lot, but I can get over that for everything else they have to offer. I've been going there for 20+ years and hope they are around another 20+!
