America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I got in and out very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. The only issue is the woman who did my pre exam told me the "extra" testing was included in the price deal but turns out it was an extra $30 that I had to pay.

The doctor was very nice and professional. The staff very helpful and warm. Christian did exceptionally well on understanding our requests for our glasses, giving us the best deals, and over and beyond service for me and my children. I HIGHLY recommend America's Best- price and customer care are the best I've seen in 45 years since I've been wearing glasses and contacts!!

Absolutely CANNOT recommend this location. The staff was particularly unhelpful, bordering on being rude. But that's understandable, as the DR. acted the same way. Very impatient, and my 'new' glasses are a worse prescription than the previous ones I came to replace (also bought here.) I've only had these for four months, and already, need to find a NEW pair to meet my needs. My vision with THESE glasses is just as bad or worse, than it was when I went in. It also took a week longer than I was told, to pick up the new pair; and NO ONE bothered to call me to even tell me they were ready. The only positive on THIS visit, is that I actually DID GET, the photocromatic lenses that I paid for THIS time. On my last visit, I paid for them, for BOTH pairs of glasses, but didn't get them on either. THIS time, cost was about the same for only ONE pair of glasses (lowest tier, NOT "premium" frames. IF you MUST go to America's Best for glasses or contacts, I'd suggest trying the Bashford Manor location; I used to get pretty good care and service there. For now, I'm shopping for a NEW eye care specialist, and will have to pay ALL costs out of pocket just to see, as my insurance only covers ONE visit and ONE pair of glasses per year, and I can't keep walking into walls, and getting headaches until next MAY. Go ANYWHERE else!!

Everything was top notch. I love my glasses. The staff and doctors were all fabulous. I saved a ton of money and my glasses are beautiful and fit perfectly.

Mrs. Christian at store 5649 did a phenomenal job today walking me through purchasing my glasses. She displayed such patience and kindness towards myself and my son with his earlier appointment. She also did a fantastic job with explaining the Variation between the bifocal lens and cost. Thank you for being so amazing.

Christian was very courteous and nice. She guided and helped us throughout the process! Guomin Jiang OD, took his time to examine our eyes and explained everything in detail. Highly appreciate his expertise.

When I arrived I came across a very personable receptionist that checked me in and directed me to my optometrist. After my eye exam my customer service rep, Christian, was outstanding. She assisted me in the selection and fitting with great personal care.

After having some issues with my new glasses fitting I went in and Lisa helped me and she was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so heard and seen with the issues I was having and truly took her time to adjust my glasses. I am so happy and grateful for the experience I had with her
