Just my luck they were able to take in a last minute appointment. Being a returning customer, check in was very fast. The five employees that I interacted with were excellent! They had the contact lenses that I needed and at a good price. In and out within 45 minutes.

Totally screwed me over twice. They didn't measure my PD, and I couldn't wear my glasses, had to return them. If you aren't Hispanic they will treat you like a second class citizen. Stay away from this place! Unless of course you don't speak English, then they will treat you right. I hate, hate, hate this place! Also the optometrist was condescending and rude. And to top it off they charge way more than they used to. In addition the store smells like body odor. One of the worst places I've ever had the misfortune to do business with. Never again.

Deserve 10 star review from check in thru end of purchase everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. Very thorough eye exam. Dr Bharadia the best. Daisy who assisted me with selection and paperwork so friendly and personal able. Highly recommend this. store. Great experience!

We walked in with a prescription already and were browsing their frames. Front desk was friendly. The other workers all looked and acted like they could care less and annoyed that people walked in. I guess they thought we weren't going to purchase anything. The lady who I asked a question to acted like she was being charged to speak. Conveniently she heard my sister ask me a question in Spanish to ask her, and she acted like she didn't speak Spanish. When my sister found a pair of frames she liked we sat down with the same stone faced lady and suddenly she spoke Spanish to my sister directly. Not the best way to convince people to do business with you. I'm used to this treatment here in Kentucky so I brushed it off and was polite to her. Interesting how she was pleasant after we sat with her but seemed like a whole different person when we were browsing. If you hate your job find another one. Had the glasses been for me, I wouldn't have given this place my business. I would have went to a mom and pop shop that would have appreciated my business. We weren't the only ones treated like this and hopefully something is done about it 3 for frame selection and promotions. You lost 2 for crappy customer service .

Set an appointment 2 weeks ago by googling if they took my kids insurance. Filled out the paperwork online, arrive early, only to be told nastily and as if it was an inconvenience that we were even there now that don't accept it. Unknowing I had a second insurance through my job, but the rudeness and judgement radiating from the front desk clerk made me uncomfortable and decided to take my business elseware.

Wow, the best customer service I've had in so long! Everyone was so welcoming and inviting. Everything was explained very thoroughly and before anything took place. I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to this location!

All I'm saying is they have the worst doctor I ever meet. Everyone was great down to the customer service. But the doctor was the most disrespectful person I meet since the last five years I've been there. I wish they bring back the old doctors because the new guy is not it.

I went there for a contact exam and contacts. Exam was good. Customer service putting in the contact was sub par. She never showed how to put in or take out. I finally got them in. She finally showed how to.open an eye and insert. Never showed how to take out. No customer support at all. This was a trial par 1st time. Checking out no case to put the par in. Had to ask. For contacts I would not go there and might go to Dixie for follow up.
