Simple stye in my eye, intial evaluation pretty quick waited hour and half for Doctor. Lots of students running around. Paperwork ask if they could share my diagnostic photos with students. Doctor fantastic!

I went in for some tests, everyone was very pleasant. When I got there both sides of waiting rooms were pretty full but patients were called back in a timely manner and my wait time was minimal. The staffs bedside manner was above and beyond! My tests were fast and painless and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. I definitely would highly recommend.

Worst medical treatment I've ever received. I had an infection in my eye and it was swollen shut. I was in so much pain my blood pressure was 165 over 104. They gave me nothing for pain. Waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours.

My dad was recently here for a vision test. They told him he needed cataract surgery. We came back for a consultation and it was a whole 2.5 hr process. Staff wasn't very friendly, felt like we ran a rat race or was part of an assembly line. Was never told why we were doing certain things or why we saw several different people through the process. Surgery was scheduled for both eyes along with follow up appointments. Last follow up after all surgeries was today and this visit was by far the worst. My dad was yelled at for signing in on the wrong spot. He felt like he was rushed through the process and didn't receive proper care through this appointment. Also he was never informed what he was going to have to pay. He showed up for his first surgery and was asked to pay almost a grand for the surgeon himself and the facility. Then goes back for the second eye and it was way less then the first time he went.

Dr. Zagorianos or Dr. "Z" and his team provided an amazing level of care. His care was professional, empathetic, and educational when needed to support my treatment of Limbal Stem Cell Deficiency. I felt informed, supported, and confident through the whole process. My results have been fantastic and the continued care has been as great as the initial.

Front desk needs to be trained on how to deal with diverse population like Spanish Speakers. It is not ok to laugh about patients that ask for interpreting services and struggle trying to fill out paperwork. I specifically asked over the phone if they offered interpreting services when I scheduled my mother's appointment and they said that was not a problem at all. Its 2023 this is no longer acceptable behavior, specially in healthcare. The tech and the doctor were very patient.

I went here for Laser Refraction surgery in late 2017. I had cataracts and decided to give this a try. When I had cataracts, the biggest problem was driving at night because of the glare. Well, now I don't have glasses, that's good, but surgery left me with an even worse glare. The Bennett & Bloom doctors were like, "give it time". I have. If anything. It's worse. They did clear up some fogging that I had from the procedure, but I was left with permanent spots in my eye. The doctor wanted to test for glaucoma, all of this, he told me was part of the surgery follow-up so after paying nearly $3000 for the surgery out of pocket, I appreciated that--until I got BILLED. Now I have to pay $60 more out of pocket, and I have vision problems like glaring at night and new spots on my eyes that can't be corrected by lenses. Enjoy your $60 Bennett and Bloom. Thanks for ruining my eyes. And I waited obscene time amounts in most of my appointments too. UPDATE: Yes, you offered me an appointment that I would PAY for. Why would I PAY you to try to fix the problems that I feel you caused? Heck, why would I even trust you for free anymore? You do know what the definition of insanity is, right? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Your doctors have already told me to accept the bad glaring of my eyes since it was one of the "risks". More people on here should expect those risks.

I'm so HAPPY that I chose Bennett & Bloom for my LASIK surgery. I was very nervous about the surgery. The surgery team helped me feel at ease on the day of my procedure. I highly recommend this practice based on my results. I can now see 20/15 thanks to Bennett & Bloom. Dr. Patel is AWESOME!!! :)
