My family and I have been customers for many years. This well-oiled machine of an office should be studied by other health care providers as to how to run a business, actually give great compassionate service and operate efficiently. The office is always clean and they will invest in the space to make it better. One observation is that the waiting room is too big. That is because the "wait" is really so short that it accumulates very few people and they have room for 20+! I have and will recommend Dr. Rallo to others. Did I mention that they have a commitment to state-of-the-art equipment?

I began going to Vision First several years ago when I purchased vision insurance . My daughter Jami Wade had been seeing Dr. Minton several years before that and recommended we see her also. We have both been very pleased with her professionalism and her caring manner. She will take her time and make sure you understand what she is prescribing for you. We intend to continue to see her and trust us with our vision care, and would highly recommend her to anyone else needing that kind of care.. James F. Miller

I've been a customer of this office (and of Dr. Rod Rallo) for decades, since long before it allied with VisionFirst, and I've never had a negative experience there. What I like best is that the people there explain what they're doing and why. They treat a patient like a grown-up, which is not all that common these days. Sadly, I've been to a lot of doctors' and medical technicians' offices, and I am speaking from experience: This office is first-class all the way. You won't be disappointed.

Everything about VisionFirst was A+. The staff was upbeat, cordial and efficient. My wait was very short, and the doctor was informative, thorough and concise about everything. The place was clean, orderly and had a nice open atmosphere. It was one of the best doctor visits I can remember having, and I don't hand out compliments loosely.

Went today for the first time I cannot recommend this place more to anyone that needs Eye Care. Everybody there was super nice the paperwork is super easy the whole process was fast and quick and I couldn't be any happier with my experience than I am so thank you all at Visions first. My new place I will always go from now on thanks for all the work you've done today for me.

I have had the most thorough eye exams by Dr. Minton through the years. She answers my questions and lets me know about anything out of the ordinary as well as educates on future possibilities from what she sees currently. I feel confident in her assessment of my eye health.

Dr. Minton is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been going here for three years, and there's never been a long wait. The staff is friendly, and there's a good selection of glasses to choose from--for the entire family.
