Cassol Eye

I would give zero stars if this was an option. Absolute worst doctor ever!! A family member went to him for surgery on both eyes and they never healed the way they should have. And shortly after surgery she called his office because her eyes were so swollen, painful and itchy and she couldn't see well. She called their office and they wouldn't work her in. She then called back and made a regular appt because her eyes were getting worse. And just days before the appt he cancelled her appointment without even telling her!! He refused to see her and said he did not need to see her! She finally went to the ER and it turns out she had an infection, which could have led to her brain and it could have killed her if it had not been treated. If you want a terrible doctor who doesn't care or listen to his patients then go to him. If you want a doctor who only talks about how wonderful he is but then makes your eye worse then go to him. He is TERRIBLE and the ABSOLUTE WORST!! My family member still has issues with her eyes because of him! If you want a good eye doctor and surgeon then go elsewhere.

I wore glasses for 20 years, and I wasn't a candidate for Lasix. I met with Dr. Cassol and discussed other options. He recommended a lens exchange, and my vision is now 20/20. I will never have to wear glasses again.

I am using my wife's email account to write this review. Dr. Cassol and his staff are wonderful. I had a cataract surgery in April. They prepared me for what to expect through the surgery and post-op process, so I felt at ease. I still wear glasses as my second eye will need a surgery sometime in the future but my vision is much better now. I'm so glad that I was referred to Dr. Cassol. Darko Mihaylovich

I've worn glasses since August, 1962. Blind as a bat. No doubt about it. Worn coke bottles all of my life. Soft contacts irritated a dry eye condition and fatigued me. Gone now. Dr. C is amazing. Fast, too! Easy peasy recovery . The Stevie Wonder sunglasses are really cool,. Use 'em every day in 100 degree sunlight less than 3 weeks after surgery. If you have cataracts surgery...stop looking and call Dr. C. Deserves a 10 star rating. My wife cried the whole way home to Jeffersonville. Big tears. Truly a miracle. I can really see now. Thanks Dr. C!
