Dr. Bizer's VisionWorks

I tried to call this Dr Bizers again today and only get an AI Robot lady? Thousand of dollars down their drain. I only want to see if they have any offers/specials, pricing on lenses and frames, what kind of eye exam do you do? The Robot doesn't know. Surprise Surprise?

Review edited: Went in today. This was the best experience I've had in the 10 years I've been going here! Lindsay was so friendly and helpful. The eye doctor (I wish I had gotten his name) answered all my questions.

Completely useless. Arrived today at time of appointment, and Linda, who did not try to hide her horrible attitude, said they didn't have it in the system. I showed my appointment confirmation and they still told me I can wait behind everyone else... for 2 hours. Visionworks will never have to worry about me coming back again. I should've listened to the other reviews.

I was on phone with my insurance all morning yesterday they promised I was covered they made me a appt I went in those ladies were very nice I am dying I've made all my preparations my husband was with me he went to car they offered to help me but I don't want pity I just wanted what the insurance promised me .so I wish to say thank you god bless you all.i feel they. Went above and beyond. So take a moment and thank someone for their kindness.

My son had an appt there for an exam which went great but he needed glasses & that's where it went downhill we were only allowed a certain price for the frames & we were having trouble finding them because they are not sorted by price or anything else for that matter. It took about 45 min for someone to finally call his name. Then when she came over she wasn't very helpful at 1st just told us what the price point on our insurance was, which we already knew & I told her that we had been looking but couldn't find hardly any of them. She said sorry but we just have to look at the tags to find them & started to walk off till she realized I was really getting irritated. We had been looking the whole time and only found a couple that were really ugly, the kind that an old man would wear not a teenager. Needless to say we did eventually get him a pair once she decided to help us find them. Which BTW she actually got out of a drawer, not on the display. She really wasn't very nice or helpful at all. Then to top it off when we went back to pick up my son's glasses they couldn't find them because she had misspelled our last name! She's the reason for the 3 stars she's lucky I didn't go lower.

I was told my glasses would be ready for pickup on Monday. When I went to pickup, the associate said they were not there. I told her I had been told to pickup after 3 on Monday and it was 5:30. She said, "I don' t know what to tell you." I left and when I got home I tried contacting customer service but I was directed to an online chat. I was given automated answers to my questions. At 6 o'clock I received a text saying my glasses were ready for pickup.

Been waiting for my glasses since March 17th the 14 day wait period is over and I've been given 3 different excuses . One was because someone was out with covid , (I guess the world quits spinning bc of the one person) the other was because delivery is behind , and the last was because the manufacturer is behind ... I feel like anything for it to not be their fault . Also the wait time to be seen plus to speak with a insurance person was well over 3 hours .

Gianna is such a sweet and helpful young lady. Not only did she help me but she actually helped another woman who was highly frustrated! I was definitely pleased to have met her!
