First off , the staff is always very polite and professional in greeting you. They always make you feel welcome, and do whatever they can to make your visit a comfortable one.
As for Dr.Burns he is a great and confident man that will make you feel at ease as soon as you meet him. He waste no time and gets right to business, but not so rushed that he won't take the time to listen to anything you want to ask of him! Truly a great doctor and a credit to his profession. I highly recommend him to everyone who is looking for help in the vision capacity!

Dr Burns and his staff are amazing! From the time you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and they make sure you are checked in and they have every they need from you. When his assistants bring you back they are nice and welcoming. All of the testing was done promptly and efficiently. Lastly, Dr. Burns is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. His scribe is also so nice and takes time to help with any additional questions. Overall, I would not trust the health of my eyes to anyone else.

About DR. FRANK BURNS
Dr. Burns is a native of Hannibal, Missouri and completed his undergraduate studies at Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. He earned his medical degree in 1986 at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He and his wife, Carolyn Burns, MD, moved to Louisville in 1986 where he completed an internship, residency and two-year postdoctoral research fellowship in corneal disease at the University of Louisville. In 1992, he started his private practice in Louisville and in 1996, he established his own solo practice in ophthalmology.
