I've been seeing Dr Lewis since I was a teenager. I have brought all of my kids to his office as well. Very thorough and accommodating. We needed a referral to an ophthalmologist and they called on the spot at our appointment and walked out of the office with a next day appointment with the specialist. Wonderful doctor and staff at Iroquois Eye Care!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with how my most recent appointment for my child's eye exam was handled. Unfortunately, we arrived 14 minutes late, and the receptionist informed us that we could not be seen because of this delay. I find it unfair that the appointment was canceled in this way, especially considering that I never received any text message, phone call, or reminder with the exact appointment time, which could have helped avoid this situation. I understand that punctuality policies exist, but I also believe it's important to show some understanding--especially when it involves a child's health. This kind of treatment left me very upset and, honestly, I no longer wish to return to this clinic. Thank you for your attention.

I've been seeing Dr. Lewis since I was in elementary school and he is by far the best! I always feel welcomed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also they have the cutest reasonably priced glasses!!

Everyone here is so kind. I went to vision works a couple months back and got some glasses for the first time. Turns out, my glasses were pretty shoddily put together. I dropped by here yesterday right near their closing time after I got off work over at ValuMarket across the parking lot. Even though I wasn't their customer then, they offered me help, fixed my two pairs of glasses which had both had lenses fall out, gave me a glasses case for one of them and some cleaning solution for them. All with no charge!! Suffice to say, I'll be their customer soon as I need an eye exam again.

After a month and a half, I still haven't received my glasses. I called and visited the clinic five times, but the response was always evasive. The last time I went in person and asked to speak to the doctor, they wouldn't let me. I canceled my order and am bringing my entire family with me, which is quite a few of us. This office has disappointed me.

Very organized very good customer service and the eye doctor is wonderful. They get people in and out easy but not rushing you either. The girls at the desk are very informative and helpful and you can tell they like their job and they're good at it. Dr Todd has been there for 31 years he must be doing something right and he is. Very nice and confident man who knows what he's talking about. I'm glad I found this place they are going to be my new eye doctor facility.

Very friendly & personable. Front end staff explained my insurance coverage clearly. Dr. Lewis was very attentive. Listened to my concerns and questions and gave useful answers and input. Very professional business! Glad to know this quality of service is in the South End of Louisville.

Dr Lewis and staff are always great. We have been coming to Dr Lewis as a family for 15 years plus. My wife has been coming to this office since she was about 12 years old. We would highly recommend. Very personal treatment and atmosphere.
