My daughter purchased contact lenses at her first visit in this office which is most of the doctors from a practice that closed a few years ago. The doctor was great. However, a month later and she still has not received the contacts. 2 weeks ago, the excuse was "a glitch in the system". Can't wait to hear what this next excuse is. They have yet to call her with a new update. Nor have they answered her calls, messages left. I would hate to leave a good doctor because the optical department can't get it together. But currently they SUCK.

I really liked the doctor and staff. But since the first appointment I had I have driven out there during their published business hours on two different occasions to pick up my contacts and found a dark building. Then I tried again this week to pick them up and they are closed ALL WEEK for Spring Break! When I call their phone number I get a fast busy like it has been disconnected. They have evidently changed their business hours yet their website has not been updated and it has been months. People do not have time to drive to a location when it should be open and continue to find it closed. And when I have complained about all of this directly to the company, they acted like it was not a big deal. I will be changing where I get my eye care!

Having dealt only with Visionworks the last 15 years was so tired of their horrible customer service and long wait times even when you have an appt.
I decided to give KEC a try. We will never return to VW.
From the moment I called for the appointment to the moment we ordered glasses they were all equally helpful and had great customer service. The selection is smaller but do have some online and the rep went out of her way to find the perfect fit for my teen.
We were in and out within an hour which has never happened at VW. Also to note it probably would have been sooner but rep called insurance to check prices of extras my son wanted.
My family and I are so excited to have a new place that is friendly and fast.
