Everyone here was so helpful. They listened to all my questions, and spent as much time as needed answering them. Kendra was wonderful. She explained everything so I could understand. She fixed an older pair of glasses and then found me a perfect pair of new glasses. I would highly recommend Lens Crafters. Everyone is licensed which is not true at other national chains. At Lens Crafters they know their job and are good at it.

They went out of their way to help me get the right prescription for my glasses after my first pair of glasses were not quite right. They not only were compassionate and caring over my situation, but they were so kind and patient with me even when I was feeling discouraged. They truly put the customer first and were so intentional to ensure I was seen and cared for.

I use LensCrafters at The Paddock Shops in Louisville, KY for annual exams and glasses. I am currently in another state caring for my sister with advanced pancreatic cancer and I knocked my glasses off of a table and stepped on them in the dark. I called and spoke with Kendra who looked up my prescription and told me that since I had a protection plan, she could order new glasses and have them sent to me. I'm so profoundly grateful! I was actually calling to see if another LensCrafters would have access to my records but Kendra took care of everything! I've always been very pleased with LensCrafters at The Paddock Shops for all of my eye care needs. I will continue to be a very happy customer at that location!!

Horrible customer service. Women at the front desk was rude from the start by telling me I need to wait she's busy doing something else. Let alone she's training a new person. Online they said they accepted my insurance show up for the exam and now they don't accept it and I would have to pay $125.
