Alex, went above & beyond helping me with glasses. Alex, has the patience of a virtue! He was great I recommend you ask for Alex!! I kno I took every bit of a hour two & he priced me out the door for anything I asked never acted irritated because I'm a lot to deal with!! Now I just wait on my Ray ban glasses to arrive & hope my pick up goes as smooth as ordering them!

Listened to the front desk staff and a doctor complain about their jobs and the company for 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start and was then told it would be longer before I could be seen. Incredibly unprofessional staff.

Check-in was quick and easy. The exam was GREAT - fast, friendly, and efficient. There was no hard sell of the add-on procedures/products (MUCH APPRECIATED). My eyes were not dilated for the exam, which was a first for me (more than 50 years of exams) except when I have had them do the digital thing. I didn't feel rushed, yet the exam (other than no dilation of the eyes) seemed to be very thorough and complete. There was no explanation so I am only giving the exam 4 stars. If I knew why I would have given 5 stars. I would have really preferred to go to somewhere other than a mall for my eye exam - I hate malls - but these folks really did a great job.

My mom has gold insurance and she though exam will be free. Anywhere we go they told us if they going to accept the insurance or not, or we have to pay that much. Lencrafrers made my mom went to the exam and when she left they told her there is charge for 82$. That was totally unacceptable and poor communication. They should tell us up in front instead of make us do the exam so they can make money.
