My 24+ year ophthalmologist retired, and I needed my yearly eye exam/contact refill completed and decided to try this office as I'm always out at Costco. I couldn't be happier! Dr. Schwartz is a wonderful person and very professional. He took care of all of my visual needs and did it in a timely manner. He most certainly has a new patient with me. Couldn't be happier!

My husband and I are under Dr. Schwartz's care and we are very happy with our decision. He is very polite, friendly and competent. He does not miss a thing! We feel very comfortable with him, who always answers all our questions. It is a nice feeling that we have an optometrist who really cares about his patients. His assistant is also very nice and competent. Thank you to both of them for always doing the best for the patients.

Dr Schwartz & his staff are top notch! I've trusted my vision and my families vision to them since the day they opened! My exams are thorough and Dr Schwartz is very knowledgable. The office is always extremely courteous, quick to return calls and are on top of the game with billing and dealing with insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Schwartz!

Dr. Schwartz is great. He is very appreciative of your business with him. Very explanatory and kind. Listens to you as a patient and doesn't talk down to you. I left a high end boutique eye doctor that cast me hundreds of dollars more and he was not appreciative or friendly. I would recommend my family or friends here.

Dr. Schwartz was fabulous. Provided a very thorough exam with an explanation of all results. The resulting prescription significantly improved the current pair of glasses I was wearing from two years ago, which I do not think were ever 100% correct to begin with. Highly recommend Louisville Family Vision and Dr. Schwartz for all your optometry needs.

Would definitely recommend to others ***It wouldn't let me post a new review, so I'm adding one as an edit half a year later - Dr. Schwartz went out of his way when my contact order didn't arrive in time for an important event and made sure I was covered. More acts of kindness such as this should exist, and definitely earn my repeat business!

I'd highly recommend Dr. Schwartz Family Vision Practice. His practice is located at the Costco on Norton Healthcare Blvd. Dr. Schwartz carefully examined my eyes & was very forthcoming about my eye health as it stood and going forward. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain his assessment in detail, listened attentively to my concerns, and answered my questions fully. I will definitely return when it's time for my next check up and I'm also likely to make an appointment for my mother who has Alzheimer. If he's able to see such patients, based on my own experience I trust his level of care. I'd also like to add that the front desk receptionist was very kind and professional. During the times I visited, they seemed to get a little busy. I was impressed with how well she handled the busyness and Dr. Schwartz jumped in and helped too when necessary. Quality customer service should always be paramount and never forgotten and they demonstrated this importance.

Dr. Schwartz was kind enough to fit me into his schedule same day. I was comforted by his excellent communication skills, thorough examination and knowledge regarding my eye condition. The office location inside Costco is so convenient. Office staff is very friendly and easygoing!
