Tabitha was very sweet and professional upon my arrival, getting me all checked in. Ellie took me right back and did the pre-exams. Dr. Pusateri was very nice, knowledgeable, quick but thorough. Finally, Chris built my glasses with the frames I chose and the price with my insurance was excellent! I can't wait to wear my new glasses. Phenomenal people there!! My eyes say, "THANK YOU!"

Chris, Ellie, Tabitha, and of course Dr. Catherine (if I remember correctly) were amazing! From getting me through my yearly exam and choosing the perfect frame to helping me entertain my 15 month old! Super welcoming and absolutely kind people.

I had a great first experience at MyEyeDr! They got me in super quickly for an appointment for a new contacts & glasses script, and were so helpful and patient while I picked out new glasses. Also the glasses arrived in less than a week, which was awesome. Lastly, the lens cleaner spray they gave me smells amazing!

Sadie is a very kind person and she was so helpful when helping me find frames. Everyone at this location are wonderful who have great attitudes.

Staff was great Ellie was very helpful and caring. Chris was able to point me in the right direction for glasses. Last but no least Dr. pusateri was knowledgable, efficient, and personable.

Wonderful, friendly office staff. Dr. P was very thoughtful and accurate in deciding upon prescription. She helped me choose the best contacts for me. It is an experience I would recommend.

I struggled with this because everyone at this location truly is kind and knowledgeable; however, there are most definitely some functional issues. I went to pick up a prescription on a weekday in the middle of the day, and the doors were locked. I double checked to ensure they don't close for lunch, and nothing indicated they do. I've yet to figure out what happened here, and when I called, I got no answer, so I went home. I called again the next morning to try to see what happened and also make sure they were open before I drove out again, and whoever I spoke to didn't acknowledge the doors being locked the day prior and just said they were open then. The next week, I attempted to call to ask a question about a rebate they provided me... no answer. Again, in the middle of the day. I understand if places close for lunch or if someone has to step out, but it happened 3 separate times, and nothing indicated they were closed. When you can get ahold of them, they are very kind. Just quite a few functional concerns.
