I'm so grateful to have found River City Eyecare when I needed emergency treatment. What I initially thought was a mild eye infection turned out to be a corneal ulcer. I booked an appointment online just to secure a spot, then called the next morning, and they got me in right away. Dr. Darren and Dr. Katie took excellent care of me throughout the healing process. They were thorough, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. True professionals!
I was so impressed, I brought my 18-year-old in for an exam. Dr. Darren diagnosed astigmatism, something that hadn't even been mentioned during a prior exam at a different clinic. I can't recommend River City Eyecare enough for both emergency and routine vision care!

They keep you coming back for more and more and more appointments for what they claim is "needed exams". Expensive prescription drops and co-pays. Been back for three appointments and the problem is still not fixed. They made me another appointment again for the same issue. Going to cancel it and go to someone else who can help.

Just some mis leading info regarding the rebate if you buy total30 brand contacts, the lady at the front desk desk tells me if I buy $300 worth or 4 boxes "I would get $100 back via rebate". I received all the info needed today to claim the rebate just for it to tell me the brand isn't eligible.
