My husband and I have been patients since 2010 or 11. We have been very pleased with the service we receive, not just from Dr. Berberich but the entire staff. We have both had cataract surgery with Dr. Berberich and I wouldn't want anyone else to perform surgery on my eyes. We have never had any issues with scheduling or payment. They have always been great to work with and have accommodated our needs as much as possible. Even when we moved a couple hours away we kept Dr. Berberich as our eye doctor. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is top notch!

This office has dropped the ball on the charges for a copay. Then, they did an optic nerve test that I DECLINED to have done. I now have a bill for an additioral $35 copay and a test that declined to have. After multiple calls, which they stated I did not have the nerve exam, I was able to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was a joke as well stating "well it's gone to collection so it doesn't matter anyway. There is nothing we can do." Save yourself hassel and choose ANY other eye doctor. Vision Works would have been just as sufficient with no extra costs.

Been a patient for 15 years. Last year had cataract surgery that was botched. They shuffled me to another doctor in the practice when it was obvious problems were not going to be solved. My left eye is a mess!!
