As hard as this is for me ..im going to put this out there MY family and I have been coming to this office for over 25 years and today I was bringing In my granddaughter to her appt...her appt was at 2 today 10/28/2025 ...I realized on my way I was going to be late so I called the office ...they preceded to tell me they had a 7 min grace period and I said I hoping to make it ....well we arrived at 209 and my granddaughter ran in ...well since we were 2 mins past the grace period they turned us away and would Not see my granddaughter. MINE YOU I know its a policy but I even said I would wait until the end of the day and be the last patient but the office manager was VERY DRY with me and I ask to talk to the doctor and she proceeded to tell me No that he was with patients then I ask to leave my name for the doctor to call me and she said I can take your number But HE probably will NOT call you ...she said we have appt tomorrow at 3 but i was already at the office and didn't want to have to check my granddaughter out of school again My point being after 25 years at this office Im extremely upset about this and I was only 2 mins past the grace period! I will be taking my family and grandchildren to another office as this office doesnt honor their loyal patients and couldn't make an exception this time since I was only 2 mins past the grace period I understand the rules but sometimes its ok to break them for your loyal patients that the same eye doctor (whom we adore)has been seeing myself Sheila Ann Frank (plus my children and husband) and Now was going to be my granddaughter)for over 25 years.Now we will have to start all over at another officewith a new doctor thats out of our way BUT if they are more loyal to there patients then thats what I will do SO whatever you do DONT BE LATE !!!!Even if you have been a patient for over 25 years and were only 2 minutes past the grace time of 7 mins. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING SO AWFUL AT A OFFICE in My 25 years as a patient!!! also SHAME on the office manager for not getting the doctor to allow me to speak with him because I know in my heart HE would have seen my granddaughter even if I waiting 6 hours for my granddaughter to be the last patient!!!!! Point being DO NOT BE LATE TO THIS LOCATION Also in 25 years this was the Ist time I was every 2 Minutes late WOWWWW what has this world come to ...NO COMPASSION from this dry Office manager!!!!!!!

Had such a wonderful experience at SVS 3554 Springhurst Blvd, Louisville, KY 40241 would highly recommend this location for all your eye and contact exams and glasses needs. Last year went to a different location and the service was not as attentive and rewarding as this one. Staff was just wonderful. My husband and I will definitely be keeping this provider as our own. We will be back for our services.

I had a great experience at SVS. It was simple to get an appointment, and quickly. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles from the friendly staff. I'd had a negative experience at the last place I'd gotten glasses, but everyone here was very friendly. They listened to the problems I was having with my glasses, that the other place hadn't gotten right after multiple visits. I have a hard time finding new glasses, one because I can't see well enough to know how they look, and also because it's hard to find frames that fit my face well. The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect frames. I've been getting tons of compliments since I picked them up yesterday. I also had issues with the contacts I was given at the other place. They told me that is just have to be happy with what they were able to do. Again, at SVS they listened to me and the problems I was describing. Then instead of telling me "take what I can give you and get used to it" they gave me some samples designed to meet my needs. Told me to take them home and try them out, then if they worked well to come buy some, if not we could try something else. I'll definitely be back.

Staff is extremely kind and they go above and beyond. Just got insurance, like the day before, and didn't have a card yet. I was just going to pay for the exam, and they looked into the system and found me. No charge! Thanks guys! The doctor was extremely friendly and very personable. Highly recommend!

Being a retired Ford Motor Company employee I have been going here for years along with my wife who has a very unique problem with her vision. Dr. Keys has always been very professional, informative and also entertaining. The whole staff has always known we have Ford insurance and never shown any animosity over it. We thank the team for their services and recommend everyone to go there.
