If you have any sort of advanced vision or benefit needs, choose another office, as they don't want to deal with it. Despite assuring me there was no problem and they'd communicate any issues, the admin staff completely dropped the ball on ordering contact lenses via insurance, leaving me hanging for four weeks as I'm down to my last pair of contacts. I follow up to find there are no notes or orders on my account. A manager never called me back. Guess I'm going back across town to my previous office, though I did really like Dr. Moix.

They got my glasses done in a hurry. I cant see out of them like they didnt make them right, I told the lady when I picked them up that they wasn't right, she said they're a new percription to just wear them awhile. Still can see out of them.

The doctor is great but the man in the lobby that does the glasses, told me wrong and didn't know what he was doing! It took me 3.5 months just to get the right safty glasses for work. Not being able to see for that long at work put me and my coworkers in danger. Not a good situation needless to say. So if you get him or if he is the only one there for glasses just walk out and go back when the lady is there! Or just go to the vision first at 11809 Standiford Plaza Dr #101, Louisville, KY 40229 office the same doctor but way better staff.

The nurse and the doctor was very friendly very good I really appreciate them but when it was time for me to go and pick my glasses out those people are not friendly they're not helpful they're not I really didn't care for them at all but reading my nurse that checked me in the front receptionist and the doctor very excellent but checking out when it comes to picking out my glasses not good at all
