I had a wonderful visit at Visionworks in Middletown. I was early for my appointment, and they took me right in, so I had very little wait time for rhe entire visit. Everyone was polite and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Everything worked good but cleanliness was missing. No body cleaned any of the surfaces inbetween patients. Being a medical professional and knowing that there is a lot of flu and Covid going on, I felt very uneasy and plan on taking my own cleaning wipes next time.

I called for an appointment due to an eye infection.They saw me within 5 minutes. They were very helpful and professional. I received a prescription quickly for my eye and was out in less than 10 to 15 minutes. All of the staff were professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for eye treatment. I got my glasses here last year and they were great then also. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment!

Great Dr and support staff. The automated scheduling gave them little down time. Overbooked. Putting behind schedule before seeing me. Unlike other visits. However definitely not their fault. I'm very appreciative of their efforts. A sign of the times.

I had been a ten-year customer of this store. I was disappointed to learn they only accept returns of contact lenses within 90 days of purchase. The lens do not expire for 4 more years. The lenses are unopened and still in the UPS shipper. And apparently it's also mandatory to get an eye exam when getting a new eyeglass or contact lens prescription. Shortly after last years eye exam, Bennett and Bloom found a partially detached retina. So after retinal surgery and now cataract surgery I have no need for contact lens.

VISIONWORKS Doctors of Optometry in Middletown is a very clean, and friendly facility. My appointment was at 1p.m and went very smoothly as the front desk receptionist had my paperwork ready, as I had already a few days earlier had submitted insurance information and personal info. It sure did safe a lot of time. Going in with Doctor was pretty easy, very professional and I would say fast too. My appointment was on a Saturday and glasses were ready for pick up Monday at 3p.m. Overall GREAT SERVICE, & VERY CLEAN FACILITY. REALLY APPRECIATE IT YOU BEING MY SON'S EYE DOCTOR.
