Staff was good, but the doctor was outstanding. He went out of his way to get me taken care of a day before Christmas so I wouldn't be stuck for a few days. Very helpful and definitely made me a priority.

If I could give zero stars I would . Customers service 0/10. When you walk in no one at the front desk. After waiting forever for someone to check me, the staff are chitchatting. I had an appointment and I was told that there was several walk ins ahead of head of me. If someone has a scheduled appointment there's no reason walk ins should be ahead of me. That's the reason I scheduled an appointment . This place feels very ghetto compared to the previous vision works I have been to.
Danyella who helped with my purchase and the lady in cream scrubs who did my exam were very polite and courteous and I give them 10/10 but the building as a whole and majority of the staff vey unprofessional . They didn't even hive me a cleaning cloth for my new glasses

Probably the most unprofessional people on the phone. There is a language barrier but that's not even what I'm talking about. You have to have a see a contact specialist, for contacts and they acted the person I spoke with said "I don't know if he'll be here or not" not even if I made an apt. I asked her if she could at least find out of the specialist would be there tomorrow morning, she let out a huge sigh and put me on hold with no warning.
Even the person that I spoke with prior to that knew about scheduling.
Am I on the Twilight zone here?

Not one to write reviews but I thought I should share every time that I go to this visionworks Ms. Alicia that works there is very rude, huffy puffy, and rushes me and my family members out. The first + second time I had gone there with my cousins and
my grandmother that also wear glasses. Though we were very polite, she rolled her eyes at each of us, "fixed" our glasses with an attitude, and then just gave us back our glasses without a word and turned back around, so we didn't have a chance to tell her that they were indeed still very wonky lol. This past time I had gone to get my glasses fixed, she did the exact same thing, rushed me out and these are what they look like a day later!! Still obviously not fixed. Disappointed that I have to go all the way to dixie highway just to avoid this reoccurring issue

This vision store on outer loop is the place to go very informative the wait isn't that long and you have staff that ready to do there job, the young lady who helped me from Miami she gave good customer services and she was confident and she showed me the customer what I was paying for and what my insurance was covering even down to the glasses there self and what to expect I felt safe not only was I paying for glasses for me and my daughter but I knew what I actually was paying for

Doctor Badillo was awesome, very professional and polite, she insured that all my needs were met. An excellent Optometrist in every aspect of the word. Dr. Badillo is a valuable asset to VisionWork in Louisville, KY. And the Optician that helped me pick my eyeglasses was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking just the right frames and lenses for my needs, Milka is the true meaning of Customer Service at it's Best. Milka is Ana outstanding employee for VisionWorks, I will truly keep on come the this VisionWorks store for my eyesight needs.

I took my wife in for some very basic glasses. I was given one price on the phone then when we went to pay the staff presented a price that was far more than I was quoted on the phone. When I complained suddenly the price dropped about $100.
My wife got a nice pair of glasses but my biggest complaint is the fact that these people did their best to overcharge us and were quite pushy about it. All I Can Say ... Let The Buyer Beware !

I was in and out quick. Everyone was really nice that I came into contact with except the girl who checked me in. I figure she probably has her own problems like we all do so I won't bring the rest of the staffs score down for her short comings. I'm only mentioning now so maybe she can do better next time....
