I had great experience here the 3 ladies at the desk were amazingly kind and respectful very helpful. I was a walk-in alls really didn't have to wait long. And the examiners were also understanding and helpful. And with my insurance I had Medicaid but still was able to find some cute looking glasses. But there's still a wide variety for different insurance so I really can't complain it's better than nothing so it beats a blank. At least I'll be able to see better when I get my next pair. Thank you Visionworks you all did a fantastically great job. Cause at the end of the day we all are human beings we have life outside of work as well as inside nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes we have good days and we have bad days. And there is sometimes rude patients that come in because they're frustrated and don't understand empathy. And don't understand that it's mostly insurance that makes decision and also there policy asked procedure that the staff doesn't make. They are there to help us not be against us. So be blessed and humble yourselves before being frustrated with viisionworks staff. I'm a patient just like everyone else. Just because how you judge people you never no when you see them again, they may save your life outside of there you just never no.

Vision works is a very great place to get eyes examine and glasses. However, make sure that you asked, how about there are warranties? There is a good thing to have when you purchase your glasses. Because me, as a working man, I seem to break or lose my glasses scratch up the lenses etc, but I called myself not having a warranty, but they worked it out for them. There are great people understanding half of the people work their wear glasses, and they understand it where I was coming from. So they helped me out with some coupons to cover the cost of my damage lenses. Once again ask for a warranty. It's a great place to shop at wonderful selection of glasses. Customer services outstanding everyone. There is very patient.Make your next appointment with vision works.They will take care of you.

I had a very negative experience at Visionworks and left feeling dismissed and disrespected. I was spoken to poorly when I raised concerns about my glasses and explained multiple times that my prescription was wrong. Instead of listening to me or taking my concerns seriously, I was told the issue was simply because I had multifocal lenses. The situation became even more frustrating when the person I was dealing with--who I later learned was the District Manager--handed me a tablet to "educate" me on how multifocal lenses work. This felt extremely condescending, especially since I was clearly explaining that I could not see or read properly with the glasses. At no point did they genuinely listen to what I was experiencing or attempt to resolve the issue. This entire situation caused me to lose faith in the company, and I will likely be going a different direction for my eye care next year. If it weren't for Dr. Shaw taking the time to properly listen and correct my prescription, I wouldn't be wearing glasses that I can actually see out of. I do want to acknowledge the woman at the counter who helped me. She was friendly, courteous, and professional, and her kindness stood out during an otherwise disappointing visit. Overall, the lack of empathy, professionalism, and willingness to listen--particularly from management--made this a very frustrating experience. When it comes to vision care, being heard and taken seriously is essential, and unfortunately, that did not happen here.

I decided to get contacts. The transition has had it's challenges for sure. Fardowsa (I hope i spelled her name correctly) has gone above and beyond and has a smile to light up a.room to help. Leslie has also been extremely supportive to help me navigate this process as we find the best brand and prescription to meet my needs. The Drs that have seen me have really tried to explain to me what to expect since this is all new for me. I really appreciate everyone's time and taking the time to listen to my concerns.

Phyllis was rude . I didn't feel as if she wanted to actually help Every encounter felt as if " get out we close at 7 " which I got there at 5:20ish and stood for atleast 10 minutes before being helped and then immediately turned away i was only there to buy frames nothing else I had the same Frames already in hand that I broke and wanted to replace by switching out the lenses , her coworker over heard stepped in and helped me out i was going to have to go 5 days without glasses because I didn't have an appointment after 5 . Thankful for the nice lady who helped I paid for the frames and she even got the guy to pop the lenses & he cleaned them for me and I was out in 5 minutes I didn't catch her name but I'm thankful for her help and I now have a new pair of frames

Visionworks was awesome they got me in quick and out quick and the doctor was funny and sweet and told if I needed my lens fixed so I could see better he would do them for me and that was awesome I definitely will continue going here!

Awful service doctor seemed bothered by questions claimed I wore contacts when I never have. When my glasses were ready the worker was irritated by my question of "can I get my glasses and go" when they have a literal waiting list to pick up glasses I personally would never go here if you have choices and options of other places. It's run down, packed, and the workers do not care about you.

I needed to order a pair of glasses. I had picked out a frame that I thought was a nice one. When I presented them to Leslie, she thought I should go with a different one. She showed me that the 1st pr was not wide enough. The pair she showed me was a better fit. That is what I call good service.
