If there was negative star feedback that's where I'd be with this review. I took my mom to have her eye exam done. We got there at 3:45 & was there till 7:50. The the Dr showed up late he was flighty. He could stay in the room with his patients more than 5sec at a time & every time he reappeared he was either barefooted or his clothes were in disarray.

My appointment was for 2:00. Waited until 2:15 and he still was not there. Customer before me canceled appointment because of waiting time. I read bad reviews about Dr. Morshidi but like to be my own judgement. Bad reviews were right on spot. Has no respect for patients. I left and made appointment with another provider. The receptionist was very nice. I would not recommend the Walmart at 175 Outer Loop.

Dr Morshedi was awesome with my 2 children and I. The vision center was ok but does not take the same insurance as doctor for my children. Then when I ordered contacts to be shippwd the order was lost and had to reorder but the staff is very courteous.

The receptionist seemed to hate her job, barely acknowledged us when we came in. Then the doctor was more than half an hour late and didn't even start seeing people until another half an hour after that! Would NOT recommend for anyone who values their time.

I was there yesterday for an eye exam.It was awful the doctor left the patients waiting for going outside.The secretary was talking about her personal bussines with other people none of them was doing their job dont waste you time in there

We have gotten glasses here several times. Always great. Price was less here without insurance than at other places with. My husband gets no line bifocal transitions and he price was great. They also have breakage for no extra charge.
