I had a great experience with the team here! Customer service was amazing. I went in without the intention to buy and left with an order placed for frames/lenses. I definitely will be back and let others know that Warby Parker is the place to go.

Such an easy place to buy frames without pressure from the sales reps at the opticians. Tried on several pair; selected what I wanted; and uploaded my prescription to their website. My glasses started production on the very day that I ordered them. This is my 2nd pair of glasses from here. Unfortunately, I lost my first pair and just needed a replacement.

Service was amazing. Associates were helpful, insightful, and helped me save money. The best eye glass purchase experience. I started purchasing glasses here in 2011when it was online only. The only place I have purchased glass from since! Keep up the good work!

I was temporarily in Louisville and wanted to update my prescription frames and needed an eye exam. This was my first time in a Warby Parker store. The staff at this store was AMAZING. They were attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. After purchasing they made it easy to submit my prescription online and my glasses came quickly. I had ordered 2 pair. When they arrived one pair fit wonderfully but the other pair was off. The store representative went out of his way to figure out why and he realized the frame had a slight defect at the bridge of the nose. I had no time to send them back to be correct, he had an extra frame there, swapped out my lenses and took care of the problem. Customer services is EVERYTHING nowadays. The companies that offer a great product and excellent customer service have it figured it out. I would highly recommend them.

I have started buying glasses from WP instead of my optometrist, BEST SWITCH I have made as an adult. I was tired of paying way too much for mid glasses at Visionworks year after year, Warby Parker has way better frames and styles, and for the same, or even less than the typical optometrist. Also, this location has always had the nicest people working there... never felt in the way, but not hovered over either. Just the right amount of customer service

Shoutout to Chris-- so very kind and helpful. I normally dread shopping for eyewear and he made the experience so EASY. Highly recommend visiting the store so you can try before you buy. Everyone I encountered at the Oxmoor location was great.

Great, friendly customer service! I walked in and within 3 minutes was helped by someone to help in the process of selecting the glasses I wanted. Also, you cannot beat the prices of the eye glasses. I highly recommend!
