We haven't even went to our appointment and I'm already super impressed with their service. My husband is being treated for Leukemia and is immunocompromised. They were able to schedule us on a slow day. AND asked if their was any precautions they could take for us!! She noted in the chart that we need the doctor to wear a mask. I was taken back by how considerate and accommodating that was.
Very excited to hopefully have a new eye doctor.

I was able to make a same day appointment on March 29th, versus waiting until June, because I could no longer stand not having a bifocal and having to remove my glasses to see everything up close. The online process was extremely easy and I was immediately greeted upon entering. I feel the initial tech and Dr. Shaver took time to listen to my concerns. The doctor probably spent more time with me than expected, but at no point did she try to rush things; extremely thorough and personable. Very happy with the experience.

My initial exams were conducted pleasantly and expeditiously. Dr Lucas, the Optometrist, conducted a complete analysis . She is simply outstanding.
