Great experience with the people and staff. Only negative I would say was the glasses buying experience. I was never offered anti glare coating (most places I've purchased from, it's already included) so my $400 pair came in and were completely unwearable. They said I'd have to purchase brand new lenses to correct.
Dr. was very nice when I had my visit and they were great with my 3 year old as well.

Went to pick up glasses. Had to wait on them to stop talking to each other. Then when I received my glasses. She handed to me and said try them on. Most places have you try them on then sit down with you to adjust them. So now my glasses don't fit right. I guess if I had Krispy kreme donuts or papa johns pizza. I would have got better service.
