Y'all always take such good care of me each and every time I come in there. You are greatly appreciated and thank you for putting up with me freaking out because my glasses broke last week and fixing me back up. I can't wait to get my new pair because we all know I need a spare Blessings Abundance

Without upgrades,bifocals, anti glare coating, etc the price is actually accurate. So many businesses hide hidden fees. Smaller selection but adequate, staff is very friendly.

They made everything easy and looked for every way to help out with the pricing of everything. The Examcare club was really worth it. I totally forgot I had it and my exam ended up being free. The exam was quick and easy and everything just went incredibly smooth.

Dr. Evan Boyles and Erica were amazing! Actually the whole staff was from the two woman at the front desk to the multiple technicians at the end who help with cost. Normally my daughter and I struggle with the air puff machine but they got it very easily. Quick in and out experience. 10/10 recommend!

I waited 3 weeks for my glasses just for them to get the prescription wrong. They provided no updates on the process so I had no idea when it would be ready. I called after 3 weeks and they said it "just arrived today, you can pick them up." I had remind them that I paid for shipping. They said they would ship them out immediately. I got them the next day but they were wrong. When I took them back in the woman at the desk was rude and told me she didn't see the problem. I explained it again and she looked up my prescription and said she saw the issue and told me that she would have them reordered. I asked how long it would take and she told me she didn't know she would have to talk to the lab about expediting. I asked when I would receive this information and she didn't answer. It's very clear you all lack clarity and communication to your clients. I said I was considering a refund and she just offered it and I took it. No apologies for the mistake or clarity expectations.
