I'm a new patient and had a great first impression and experience during my appointment. I was greeted pleasantly and the ladies in reception were gracious, making me feel comfortable and welcome. The assistant who did the initial exam was professional, knowledgeable and answered questions confidently. The doctor performed my exam with deft use of the equipment with patience of my queries and some indecisive choices with the correct lens settings. Overall, it was an excellent visit and I left feeling confident about my choice to change from my previous optometrist.

I have been blessed with Glaucoma for somewhere around 40 years now which has required be to get pressure checks every 4 to 6 months. When I moved to Berea I was referred my Berea Dr to come to Eye Care Center. I've seen most of the Drs. who have worked there in the last 15 years and have been very pleased with all of them. They're all good about explaining what's going on and why they make the choices they do about my treatment. I find it to be a great confidence builder in my choice of letting the them care for me.
