I had a very positive experience here! It was my first time. I scheduled an appointment online easily; there was a good deal of availability, including later hours and weekend hours. The staff serviced me promptly, and my doctor was very warm, kind, and funny. It was Dr. Huffman. I would love to see her again!

Fantastic experience. We were welcomed and all the staff were professional and courteous. Eye doctor focused on each of our needs to give us the best care. The girl that checked us out and worked with each family member to get all the best options for our glasses was amazing!!! She was patient, caring and taking the time to review my insurance benefits to maximize my options. The location was super busy but we didn't feel pressured or rushed. Amazing experience and would highly recommend this place for your eye care needs.

I have been going here for years because I do not learn from my mistakes. I have never received quality care here. Usually the care is very rushed and sometimes plain bad. The kicker is when you try to purchase glasses or contacts. I have never once been here in about ~10 years that they got things right with my insurance. I always get told that my insurance covers things that are not true or that it doesn't cover something it does. Either way, I always end up paying hundreds more than I really should have. This time has been an astronomical sized nightmare regarding my insurance as well, and it is 100% the fault of Vision works.

Great experience! Was helped when I was ready asI looked around first. Nice selection of frames and found 2 that I loved. Staff was very friendly, big shout out to Kaylee.. she was sooo nice, soo helpful and I never felt rushed or felt like I was just another customer. Absolutely recommend!!

The soft plastic on a pair of 860$ glasses is falling apart after 9 months. No manufacturer warranty. Was told they could do nothing because I didn't purchase insurance they didn't even offer when I purchased them. Plenty of other places I can take 800$ a year to.

Shannon was an absolute godsend! She was so friendly and so sweet and helped me so well getting two new pairs of glasses when it's been years for me! Absolutely the best place to get glasses!

This vision works is okay at best. I have went recently with an eye issue. Blurry vision, eye pain in one eye. First doctor gives me drops sends me on the way, no big deal. Then I have to schedule my yearly appointment. Okay, I call get that scheduled, I told the guy on the phone I still have this issue... it's been 5 days. Drops aren't working. I come in for my annual, I get seen. The doctor is pretty rude, kept cutting me off as I was explaining my reoccurring problem. Then he puts pressure on my eyes, which hurt. After that he smugly told me I'm seeing in 2020 vision and looks at me like I'm crazy (during this eye test he completely acted as if I'm an inconvenience). Tell me why this "doctor" tells me that it's due to the cold weather and to do HARD EYE SQUINT WORKOUTS. This is the epitome of you are not listening to your patients. To top it off they don't do my yearly visit at all, instead they change it to a medical appointment so they can bill me. Yeah, I will not be paying a bill for someone who told me to do hard eye squints and STILL HAVEN'T SOLVED MY ISSUE. Please just go elsewhere if you have anything wrong with your eyes. I'm going to yet another eye doctor to see if they can actually help me.

I went to Visionworks yesterday for my contacts, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Not only was I in and out in an impressive amount of time, but they also took a genuine interest in making sure everything was done right. My contact fitting was handled with real attention to detail, and they went over my prescription carefully since my eyes can be a bit tricky. They made sure the experience felt personal and professional all at once. My wife and I were both in and out in under an hour with everything we needed, and it even ended up costing less than we expected, which was a great surprise. It's rare these days to find that mix of efficiency, quality, and care, but this team nailed it. Highly recommend Visionworks to anyone who wants great service done right.
