Wrong Prescription
My prescription was two times stronger than it needed to be. Recently went to a optometrist after moving states and my prescription was halved.
The technology they use is a bit outdated and some of the lenses for evaluation were smudged.
Friendly customer service experience, but they are PUSHY when it comes to scheduling for the next year's appointment. They clearly want the return business, but my prescription does not change every year and I'm young enough to not need it.
They are helpful with picking out frames for your glasses and have friendly staff.

Super friendly staff! Visit was better than expected for being new patient seeking a quick exam for contact lenses. Jeffrey Partain OD is extremely knowledgeable & thorough & more genuinely concerned about helping you make appropriate choices instead of expensive/unnecessary ones! Very easy to talk to! Even tho the doc had a patient before me & one waiting, he never once made me feel rushed, hurried or less than worth his full time/attention. VERY satisfied with my visit!

What an absolutely delightful staff! I came in today for a yearly exam having never had an eye exam before. The receptionist was so sweet, friendly and efficient! I was brought into the exam room maybe 2 mins after my appt time. The tech took care of everything before seeing the doctor and she was super sweet and professional and clearly knew what she was doing. Then I met with the doctor and he was so personable, reassuring and professional. The exam was very thorough and I felt very comfortable. I love my job but if they were hiring I'd apply right away lol. Highly recommend!

This was the best experience I've ever had at an ophthalmologist office. Everyone worked together to take care of me and were thorough in both the exam and finding me the best frames for my facial structure. They also have enough variance in frames without being overwhelmed by walls of frames that all look the same.
I really appreciated how they took the time to ask me probing questions about my day-to-day to find the best solution for my needs. Don't sleep on this place, it's a hidden gem in the sea of eye care providers.
