This place has no respect for their patient's time. Appointment was 2 hours ago and still sitting in the waiting room. Expecting at least another hour wait. Appointment was scheduled weeks ago.

No wait time, they called my name as soon as I sat down. All staff was kind and helpful and Dr. Shirkey made sure all my concerns were addressed and put my mind at ease. Overall wonderful experience.

Very thorough and professional as well as being so kind. No wait time at all. The doctor explained everything to me in terms I understood. I highly recommend them to anyone. I was extremely impressed with the whole staff.

My 1st visit today and the worse place! Waited in line 30mins just to check in!! For 2 they had to retake my pics of my eyes! For 3 the worse part was dr Sharkey was ABSOLUTLEY rude as heck to me!!! She was rushy and when I told her my concerns she totally cut me off and ignored me and just said yeahhhh and walked out the door when I was in the middle of telling her what was wrong w my eye!!!! Sooo non-compassionate and inconsiderate and non-caring!!!! I will NEVER BE BACK!! I'm sure y'all won't care about this review but keep doing what u doing and you won't have a payday! Treat OTHERS HOW U WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED!!!

Having a needle stuck in your eye is an ominous thought to say the least but rest assured, they make it quick and painless. Yes, I said painless. If you have to have injections do yourself a favor and relax. It is not a bad experience at all. The staff are great and Dr Shirley will explain any concerns you have.

Very, very satisfied with Dr. Ricca I just don't think double booking is fair to his patients or him. Have to wait way too long for your appointment and when he finally gets to you he has to rush. He does a great job but double booking is not acceptable.

My mother is 86 years old and has dementia. She has been macular degeneration and has been seen by many doctors in the practice over the years, Dr Ricca stands out among them. He and his staff are always kind and respectful to my mother. He is also willing to listen to my questions or concerns regarding her care. I would highly recommend him!

I love Dr. Shirkey she is truly one of my all time favorites. She most definitely shows compassion and she cares for her patients. It's not idea for anyone to have vision issues especially if it's severe, so to have a doctor that you trust is of the up most importance when you're relying on them to put a needle in your eye, and in the maintenance and constant care needed.
