Scheduling an appointment online was very simple.
Everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant, friendly & kind. They all went out of their way to make sure I was well informed and they were just so kind and friendly.
All were knowledgeable and helpful.
Eye Doctor took time to explain some issues I was concerned about.
It was an overall pleasant experience and I will be going back when the time comes.

I have always loved Visionworks. I went yesterday&everything went perfect when one particular staff wasn't working, funny time before when that person was working it did not go well at all. They told me although I medicaid I had to pay for my glasses any price, this time, same year I did not, honestly because one person wasn't there to sabotage my appointment. Sadly they hire someone that they all fell under her spell but not yesterday when she was not there at the time I chose to walk in. Lucky for me!

Once arriving at their office everything went smoothly and fast. The exam wasn't rushed but didn't take long at all. Everyone seemed to work very well with each other. Picking out glasses was very simple and the glasses were priced on the shelves so you could find your price range you were looking for. They were able to tell me what my insurance would cover on everything. Very impressed with the quality of service I received.

My experience was very good it was quick helpful in the staff was very knowledgeable. As a returning customer I hadn't been there in 3 years. They're able to answer all my questions give me a better choice of frames this time and see familiar faces that I saw before made my whole experience how much easier and that much better. Seeing Alicia was very nice she's been very helpful and she's always been an asset to visionworks and her smile and attitude makes things a lot easier. They did a really fantastic job getting me my prescription and on top of that there were two women working on Friday 11/7/25 that really put me at ease and were so so so patient with me and my son. I appreciate them so much for that. Wonderful ladies!
