They said they took walk ins at 2pm when I called at 10am. When I got there at 1:45 they said they weren't taking walk ins. I asked when they would be able to make an appointment but it was about 2 weeks out. The girl behind the counter couldn't even make eye contact with me the entire time we talked. Customer service is not something they offer. Lots of eye doctors in this town. I'd recommend going somewhere else.
