One of the hardest groups to get a hold of. The visits were good. But if you need to speak with them on the phone good luck. They never answer the phone, don't have a functionibg email, and when you do call in they rush you off. I am still waiting on a receipt from them via email that was promised over the phone it have been 4 hours.

I was sent several messages to confirm my appointment three to four days before my appointment and did so as soon as I received the message. I received a follow-up message thanking me for confirming my set appointment for December 6th at 1:00 pm. I show up for my appointment ten minutes early and the door is locked. I wait until 1:00 pm because the hours posted stated that the office is open from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays and noone ever came. We called the office four times and it stated that the voicemail was full. I am very upset and will take my business elsewhere. This is no way to run a business! If given the option I would leave zero stars. This is my first and last experience with this office. Do not waste your time going here.

I took my 88 year old mother as a new patient to Pearle Vision in Versailles, the staff and Dr Fields were so patient with her. She was never rushed and they accommodated her and her wheelchair. I was very satisfied with her treatment!
