Everyone in the office was so nice and respectful! I went in just to set up and appointment and was seen me within 15 minutes! The dr was really great and he was so knowledgeable! Got to pick out my own glasses and even got help picking a pair out! Highly recommend them! Thank you Puckett eye care!

I saw Dr Mullins and could not be happier with the service and attention he provided. I had been going to bluegrass eye and cannot believe the difference in the 2 places. I would 100% recommend Dr Mullins to anyone looking for an eye doctor. He took time to show me my results and explained everything while answering all my questions. He even had an online pharmacy text me to get set up to get the eye drops that were $600 for free. If you are looking for a good eye doctor go see Dr Mullins.

I went to Visionworks in Lexington for years. I would always be satisfied with my glasses but not the experience. Staff would always pressure me to purchase upgrades that I didn't want. My daughter and I both came here to try something different. The staff was great, everyone was kind and professional. When it came time to select my glasses she was clear about what my insurance would cover and didn't pressure me to purchase any upgrades. My daughter and I both enjoyed our experience. We will be definitely go back. Highly recommend.

I had my appointment this morning at 9:15am, by 1:30pm they called and said my glasses were ready for pick up! I know this probably isn't the case for everyone but I'm blown away right now! I first called the office about two weeks ago and got in super quick, with multiple times options. I have yet to experience getting into an eye doctor that quick! The whole appointment took maybe an hour, from the exam to picking my frames. The entire staff from the receptionist up front, to the assistant and the doctor and the woman that helps with frames, all were exceptional staff that were super nice and helpful. 10/10. Already recommending to all my friends that need an eye doctor. Will definitely be back for my yearly exam. Thank you for making my Friday!

Awsome place, walked in and was back with an assistant within 10 min, she was very helpful and patient with my 2 boys (3 & 5). Doc was great and very accustomed to working with kids which helped make it more comfortable for them as this was a new experience for them. Really can't say how much I appreciate how good this place was

I had the best experience with Dr. Puckett! He really helped explain my unique eyes that I have with having a blood disorder. Still waiting for my glasses but can't get them. They got me in fast and different things to check my eyes that I never even done before. So grateful to understand more about my eyes.

Packets is a very friendly place and very helpful where needed. My only and biggest problem along with others. I've spoke with is they need at least a couple days a week with a one hour open extension or a Saturday part-time hours or anything for all those who work and can't get there Monday through Friday before five because they are out working. Is this something that could be seated as of so many people go other directions for glass, purchases, etc. because the business hours interfere with so many. Just trying to help us patients as well as Pucketts family eyecare. Thank you in advance, and I would like to see how many agree with me.

Dr Puckett did my most recent eye exam. I had a horrible allergic reaction to the most recent contacts he gave me. I went back three times. Finally found one prescription that was ok. It's been two months. I have no contacts. I paid for a large amount of the ones I was allergic to. None have been given to me in the ones I'm NOT allergic to. I have called for two MONTHS. I attempted to wear the other contacts and my eyes have been swollen and dry since. I can't see without contacts! Now, I have to pay out of pocket for a doctor that will actually listen to me & prescribe contacts I can USE! I'm so frustrated, my eyes feel like the Sahara desert and my eyes have been ruined for months. SO. MAD.
