If you enjoy spending your entire day waiting while being ignored by the staff then this is the place for you. We sat there for over 2 hours. Only two people were ahead of us

7/9/2024 Receptionist very unprofessional over the phone . Doesn't write your information down to pass on and then hangs up when you catch her in a lie. I called back just to get her name and she hung up again. Make of this what you will but if for simple task this is what you get I wouldn't trust them with anything personally.

Dr. Heitman was very nice and personable. He answered all my questions appropriately and didnt make me feel rushed. I also appreciated that he was open on a Saturday. Unfortunately the receptionist in his office were less friendly, and even a little short with me when I asked about the difference in contact brands. I would say his office is a budget friendly step up from visiting an optometrist at walmart.
