WOW!! You talk about a great total experience. I have used Dr Long for many many years, following him from Pineville to Alexandria. He is by far the greatest and normally the eye exam is where my visit to the eye doctor ends. I usually return home to order my contacts as I had a negative experience some years back in this location with a young lady who no longer works here. In that visit, I asked about placing a contact order in store and she simply shut me down saying you can get them cheaper online. THAT was not my question but that attitude led me home to place my order. Then was my first visit to this location and I'm glad that's not how my story ends. I continue to use Dr Long and TODAY after my exam, I had the assistance of Mrs. Shryl Briggs in the vision center. This lady is awesome!!! She took the time to check on my insurance, allow me to try different colors of contacts to be sure of what I wanted and we placed my contact order IN STORE!! THIS WAS THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE FOR ME! Thank you Mrs. Shryl for your patience, laughter, for allowing me to do things the way I've always wanted to when visiting my eye doctor. I will recommend this location and this team to everyone. Thanks again!

Excellent Vision Center!!! Love Dr. Long, he is so knowledgeable. The associates were so helpful. Kennedy and Crystal assisted me and helped me pick out my glasses which I love. And they were great when I brought my glasses back in to have them adjusted. They took care of me in just a few minutes. I won't go anywhere else!

Very patient and willing to go the extra mile to explain and assist you! I absolutely recommend Walmart Vision Center to anyone. I've been going for years

I have had excellent experiences with each of the staff in the Vision Center..Dr. Long is compassionate and really cares, ie, "Your cataract is not ready for removal", when other place insisted I do it to have a match ..Crystal, Shryl, and Kennedy very helpful and patient...great staff! I have influenced others to go there when possible!
