Gandy Eye Care

She is an exceptional eye doctor. Although they likely thought I was annoying due to my first-time experience with eye dilation, which freaked me out! They are remarkably fast and efficient, with a well-organized office that functions seamlessly. Everyone was friendly and professional. My husband had a positive experience with them, which led me to get my exam there. I order my glasses online, but the prescription she provided was spot on! It nice to be able to see clear again!! I highly recommend their office!

My lens fell out my frame, I can not see at all without them and I have two insurance. The lady who wks in the back told me they can't file my primary and what it doesn't pay can't be charged to my secondary insurance. I'm do for a eye examination in October. So explain to me what sense do it make to pay for one lens and turn around in a couple of months and pay for everything again. I have been with them many years. The office in Rayville is much inviting and nicer.

Make sure when you update your information that it is definitely changed on their system. They ordered my contacts and were sent to my abusive exhusband's address. This was very unacceptable and I will not be going back to this place. They did order me some more contacts but called me stating they needed the others back that were delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS because they didn't want to pay for the cost from the other ones. So the neighbor went and got them for me which should not have had to happen. I sure wouldn't want them to loose money over THEIR MISTAKE.

The worse optical I have ever been to , I took my son in for a yearly eye exam and purchased glasses the glasses were 307.00 which the person Diane assisted my son the glasses were Oakley with a straight handles and the size was for a baby also the prescription was to strong ok took the glasses back for a refund and it was unreal the attitude I had to deal with if a product doesn't work you purchase you are entitled to a refund the way they treated me as a black woman was in my opinion prejudice so I go to another optical and had glasses made same visual problem the prescription was to strong I called Gandy to recheck his eyes and they made up a story about since it was done in April I would have to pay for the exam again which is bull I was so shocked with the attitude of Stacy Gandy workers these ladies were very rude and unprofessional all because I had to return the glasses I paid 300 dollars for this was giving broke vibes and super prejudice I'm fine with Gandy Eye in Bastrop La . This is the worse optical in Bastrop La very unpleasant attitudes Diane is the worse worker ever she's ridiculous tries to hide her prejudice I just look over her will not ever visit this place again hell they probably won't see me again who cares hope you lose business

It was terrible I will never go back to this place again, all the young ladies, at front showed favor towards, some people, they give appointments then when u come in they tell you, you don't have one, made appointments for 2 people, on different dates, when they made it there they turned them around, some people dont have vehicles, and have to use, or pay for transportation, this place is like 45 minutes from us, I felt very uncomfortable there, my friend and had appointments together, she's, not my color, she had a case with her glasses I didn't, I had to buy mine, I asked why I didn't have one, she said some come with cases some don't, I can barely bend one side of my specks, but grateful to have.This was in Bastrop La.
