America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I visited this location on December 6th around 4:30 PM for an eye exam. The exam itself went fine, but my experience at checkout was disappointing. I was assisted by Blake, and unfortunately, the customer service did not feel welcoming or attentive. I was having issues with my insurance and wasn't able to purchase my contacts at that time. I simply asked for the price so I could plan to come back once everything was sorted out. He stated they would be $175 but didn't explain what that included or how much supply that covered. Even after asking for clarification, I still didn't receive a clear answer. Throughout the interaction, he seemed like he was in a huge rush -- answering the phone and helping other customers while assisting me. It felt dismissive and as though I was being rushed out of the store. I've been coming here since high school for my exams, frames, and contacts, but this experience left a bad impression. As a long-time customer, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this location or company if this is the level of service being provided.

All the staff were super kind, very helpful and so so patient. I had to bring my 2 year old to my appointment and every single employee had such a good interaction with him. I even got a picture of him sitting with Mrs Brittany, the general manager, who helped me pick my frames and order my glasses. Definitely go to THIS Americas Best location because it IS the best!

The worst! You think you will get a good deal, but just the very bad frames are cheap. We paid regular price to have both lenses cracked with less than 3 months. If you didn't pay for warranty they don't do nothing for you. It's just a shame. Save your money and go somewhere else

Speaking on the doctors at this location... I can't express enough that you're getting two women that are extremely intelligent, and most importantly have an insanely hard to find moral compass. It's just not something you find often these days in doctors. I am a highly analytical person and had a potential eye emergency across the street from this location. The level of care that I received is something that will stay with me for a very long time. These two women are absolutely in the right field and receiving care from them During a scary experience was truly a blessing.

I see a lot of people complaining about the quality od their glasses, but at least they ever got them! After paying for my glasses on Friday January 9th, I was told I would receive them between 5 and 6 business days. Now I have waited 15 business days. Despite being polite, I am not only talked to as a nuisance when I check- but they have changed their tune from "5-6 business days" to "7-13 business days" to "sir, we can not tell you when they will be in" after I ask when is the latest they will receive them. Honestly, I'll be going to vision for less. When they do receive them, it won't even be worth having to walk in and deal with them. I'll just be going to vision 4 less.

Called to see if they can email me a copy of my glasses prescription. The guy on the phone told me he couldn't do it because it violates HIPPA. That man thinks I'm dumb. That is a big fat LIE. I get my prescription for my glasses emailed to me every year with no problem. Last year it was emailed to me from Americas best in Denham and prior year at other eye glasses places. If you didn't want to do it you could've told me to call back in the morning. Why lie???? If you don't want to do your job don't go to work.

I've been going there for about 5 years. They're great. The men and women at the counter are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. The medical professionals are kind and willing to explain matters about sight and general eye health in a manner in which I could understand. I was able to find frames to fit my face, personality, and overall style. Hope this let's America's Best know how much they're appreciated.

There is one technician doing pre-exam and remote exam all by her self. Got out around 3pm when my appointment was 12:50 for me and my wife. Didn't have my contact lens and I have to come back pick them up 2 weeks after.
