VA referred my husband to Dr. Arlen Richard for surgery on his eye. Dr. Richard is an exceptional surgeon and corrected the issues my husband had concerning his right eye. Next, in a couple weeks, he will also treat the left eye through surgery. We are very appreciative of the excellent care we continue to receive and highly recommend that you check this Ophthalmologist out for yourself or for your loved ones. Also, we were very pleased with Ochsner Health at the Grove Location, and also the Regional Eye Surgery Center. All the physician's Assistants, nurses and receptionists were just awesome and very caring and knowledgeable.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Arlen but he and his staff were great, his nurse Mrs. Brittney was a joy to be around very attentive to her patients and just made me feel like family. Dr Arlen is very knowledgeable he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions, he shows real concern and makes sure to explain everything to you about your health and makes sure you understand it, he was very friendly and caring. The whole staff was very warm and welcoming.
