Eye exam was rushed because they were more concerned about getting lunch. I was on time for my appointment and it wasn't my fault they were being so my appointment interfered with their lunch I should have still been examined properly.

The ladies at the front desk was nice. I did not like the customer service at all with the examiner. They were not friendly at all. I hate to say it but the eye glass side wear you pick out the glasses at showed a little racism and was very rude. I didn't feel comfortable at all I just felt like the attitude was horrible from the examiner to the doctor. I think the entire office has a little racism. I'm never going back.

The people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The place was also clean as well. The only problem I ran into is I felt like the lady who exam my daughter (the assistant) was rushing her. Other then this I feel like it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent service great people! Rare experience I left my wallet in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes with over $800 dollars in it! The receptionist had it all in tact at the desk! Thanks to them! Plus the visit From start to finish was about 45 minutes and you can get your glasses there! The only simple task of the day.

Today was my first visit at B.R. Eye Physicians. Reception was polite and friendly. I started off with Ms. Angela, she took good care of me. She assured me I was doing a great job. Dr. Small came in within minutes of Ms. Angela leaving. I received a thorough eye exam and all my questions were answered. Overall I had a great experience and I left with good news. I highly recommend B.R. Eye Physicians.

If you are a new patient do not go here! They simply just want your money and will not disclose to you if they accept your insurance or not. They also provided me wrong prescriptions for both glasses and contacts, and I had to seek out a second opinion for correct lenses to see out of. Be careful w/ this office. Seemed nice at first, really disappointed with the service I received here. Would not recommend ever!
