As a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor my vision is incredibly important to me. After a flight from McKinney Texas to Alexandria Louisiana I noticed a major change in my vision in my right eye. I had recently undergone cataract surgery with Vivity lens implants. I immediately contacted my ophthalmologist who after examining me referred me to Dr. Adam Janot. Surgery was scheduled for the next day. BRASS in Baton Rouge was very good to me. The entire surgical procedure was one of the best I've ever had of the many throughout the years. Dr. Janot was and has always been professional, kind, patient, and completely effective and competent surgeon. He was caring and listened to me every time I met with him for my appointments. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his team. Also, he is quite knowledgeable about flying so if you are a pilot and need retinal treatment, he is your guy!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Janot! Few doctors will take their time with a patient and explain everything in detail til you feel comfortable. Dr. Janot is one of those doctors! Very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease in a sometimes stressful situation. His staff is always courteous and professional! Would definitely recommend

Went to appointment on August 18,for my right eye.Dr. Janot was giving me a injection of anew drug, Vabysmo..first injection, a sample.. didn't notice much change. The today, August 30, got injection of Vabysmo, in left eye, the weakest one,not a sample (.. because I'm allergic to a medicine they have to use, they wash my eye and put a bandage on (them for 2 hours. No stinging or burning). Well, today when I got home and took bandage off, VIOLA, everything was so much brighter! More color in both eyes. So amazing. Thank you so much, Dear Doctor Janot. Looking forward to next visit. His staff, employees, are so kind , just amazing!

Dr. Janot and his team are truly amazing. He really cares for his patients and not only takes the time to explain everything to them, but also makes sure they understand everything clearly. Truly a wonderful doctor with an excellent staff behind him!

Dr. Janot performed very successful surgery to correct a stage 4 retinal hole in my right eye. After six months, the hole has closed and my vision continues to improve.
