Dr Nelsen and his staff top notch!!! From the receptionist to the time i got in the car to leave. Best bedside manner i have been given in years. At every step of the process. Best of all i can see again even just a couple hours after surgery. 5 stars all the way

Excellent experience with LASIK! Dr Nelson and his team were helpful from start to finish and made me feel super comfortable. They explained the procedure fully and provided thorough post op instructions. Highly recommend for anyone wanting LASIK but maybe nervous on what to expect.

Just had cataract surgery and these people are amazing. Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly and Efficient. I am real nervous about anyone touching my eyes but they made it painless. The results amazing! Thank You Dr Scott Nelson and Staff

I had surgery on one of my eyes to remove cataracts yesterday and I am very happy with the results. I found Dr Nelson and the staff to be very kind and compassionate people. I was impressed by how they scheduled multiple patients in a group allowing them to serve blocks of patients within the same time interval. I found this to be a very enjoyable experience where we, the patients, bonded and reassured each other throughout the process. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that the same group were scheduled together for the next surgery on our opposite eye. Considering my surgery was through a charity organization associated with the clinic proves that these are good intentioned, hard working individuals who are devoted to helping people see again not just to increasing thier bottom line. I can also say I was treated with the utmost respect at all times , that I might as well have been thier highest paying and most prestigious customer. To sum it up, I am so grateful and will forever be indebted to all the folks at this clinic who contributed directly or indirectly to restoring my eye sight I highly recommend.

Dr. Scott Nelson is beyond WONDERFUL! I have also seen other doctors who were compassionate, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable! The receptionist are FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond in providing my brother with quality and exceptional patient care. I am eternally grateful to Eye Surgery Center for taking excellent care of me and my family.

Worst patient care ever! I do not recommend the use of this clinic the technicians along with the receptionist have no bed side manners. They treat my hispanic parents who have a language barrier so badly. Today ( 11/02/2021) @ 12:00PM one of the technicians with a tree tattoo on her left arm was extremely rude and refused to explain the difference between two contact brands when the receptionist went to go get her she yelled at us "its the samething" and didn't want to go into explaining why two different boxes of contacts said Presbyopia vs Multifocal. Each time we go into this clinic we are greeted by rude staff members and techs who refuse to do their job. I will definitely let our hispanic community know that our clientele is NOT welcomed or wanted at this clinic. The doctors need to be made aware of their behavior towards their patients because they are losing out on business and potential patients.

I do NOT recommend this surgery Center.My husband had surgery there this morning, and instead of providing a translator or simply getting of us who understood English the staff choose to laugh at him.. I would never recommend this place to anyone whose native tongue is not English. My husband does understand the English language but had a lot of anxiety so was having trouble,a little care and compassion would have gone a long away.

While I do not have a complaint against the eye exam, I do about the sham billing policy of Dr. Bowman. He charged an additional $25 that the insurance did not cover JUST FOR WRITING A PRESCRIPTION! So, in addition to my $40 copay, I had to pay an additional $25 for a prescription I didn't even fill - because he offered it as a suggestion! RIDICULOUS!!!
