Dr. Candice Collins is the best! From the start of the consultation to surgery day. I've never felt more comfortable with a Dr in my life. She explained my options and the procedures for each one thoroughly. Her nurse was 5 star as well. Recommend her for any eye surgery!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife was scheduled to have surgery the morning of December 20, 2021, with Dr. Collins. When we asked about the length of time for the procedure and recovery time, we did not get a straight answer. As of the night before, we had not received a call letting us know when to arrive. To make sure we did not miss her appointment, we arrived at 5:45 AM, only to find out we did not need to be there until 9. Inconvenient, but no big deal, until Dr. Collins told my wife she couldn't do the surgery because she hadn't had the requested physical. Isn't it the job of the office staff to make sure all requirements are met prior to surgery? A simple phone call to remind us that a requirement was missing would have gone a long way, but then again, they couldn't even call us to let us know what time to be there. They did, however, manage to call a couple days before letting us know she needed to see her cardiologist prior to surgery. Wouldn't this have been a good time to mention the blood tests/physical were not done. Oh, and of course they called to let us know how much we needed to pay. It won't happen again, because we'll find another doctor to do the procedure.

Dr Candice Collins was the BEST eye doctor I've had. I'm 61 years-old and correctly diagnosed a problem I've had since childhood. Now I no longer see double. She is also very personable and professional. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Collins Is great she shows she cares when she is listening to you .She give tell you the alternative before just saying oh let's do surgery .She gives great feedback. would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Collins is excellent! She has been helping me with my eye convergence disorder for years now and always does great work in resolving my eye issues. I strongly recommend her!

DO NOT bring your disabled/special needs children here. They have absolutely no respect for your time or your child's schedule/needs.
