Very pleasant staff but wait times are way too long for services. We also had paid for lens fitting but the lens we think we needed were not in stock, so that creates another appointment after they order a new supply of lenses. Once again, the wait is too long to even come pick up contact lenses. Perhaps we will try the main office in BR next time hoping it will be better.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I came early to fill out paperwork but as soon as my appointment time came up they took me to the back and started their routine eye exams. I also never waited more then a few minutes for the eye doctor, who was also very kind and thorough. Great place with kind people.

I arrived for my morning appointment and 3 people were in the waiting room. 2 with masks and 1 with no mask. The 2 ladies behind the counter (Shanna had a mask over her mouth only and Julie was not wearing a mask) I gave them my insurance and sat down and filled out paperwork. After about 5 minutes I walked to the counter and turned in my paperwork. Julie says to me "Could you put on a mask sir?" This surprised me cause others in the waiting room did not have on a mask and she was not wearing one either. I said "sure" and I put on a mask. She replies in a smart alec tone "thank you". I thought, darn, do i know you, what have i ever done to you? I then said "why don't you have yours on?" She answered "Cause I'm drinking". I said "but you haven't had one on since I have been here.". I then sat down with my mask on and waited to be called. Julie now puts on a mask. As I was leaving I notice 2 additional people in the waiting room with no mask. I am not sure why I was singled out by this rude receptionist, Julie, but I guess some people are just mean spirited & miserable with themselves.

Everyone is super helpful concerned and very knowledgeable . Lori is extremely good and prayed for a good result on my surgery which it was!. Dr Fargason is also very good and concerned. You don't get phone calls at 8:00pm to check on how you feel from many Doctors.

My appointment was at 9:45 I didn't even get see the doctor for at least 1 hour, then I had to pick glasses and wait on the lady forever. It was a 2 hour ordeal. Way to long to ain't in a waiting room
