My disabled son was given a 9:30 appointment and when we arrived at 9:17 am, we were given paperwork to complete. Before turning in the paperwork the receptionist advised us to reschedule because per the doctor our appointment was at 9 and he would not be able to see him. I understand scheduling and time management but the facts are I was told 9:30 by the scheduler, and that should have been honored. I really feel he was denied service for other reasons but whose to say.

50/50 on this place. Took a total of 2 hours just to get a yearly eye exam, and there weren't many other patients in the office while I was there (although more came through throughout my wait). It was really easy to make an appointment, and they mailed new patients forms to fill out and bring in so you didn't have to fill it out there, which I appreciated. They were clean, and I liked my doctor a lot. Will be going back, but think perhaps the younger people need to be a little more professional.

I've been here 5 times. Every time I go in ladies at the sign in desk always look like they hate their job and are very snobby. The ladies that do the glasses are awesome.Their always smiling and greet you when you walk in. The other ones at sign in need to take a lesson from them or quit their job since they seem so unhappy. Dr. Stuckey was nice and everyone in back was nice as well. Glad I only see them once a year.

David Dragon needs a lesson in empathy and manners. My 78 year old father who is battling stage 4 terminal cancer was referred to David Dragon as he is losing his vision. Dragon told us 3 times that he did not know why we were here and that he would not get involved in our case. He was rude and acted like we were wasting his time. We immediately left feeling so rejected and defeated. Do everyone a favor David and just retire already. You clearly don't want to do your job nor treat people with dignity. Such a disgrace. I will mention Katrina was excellent and was very helpful when I called to schedule the initial appointment.

Always a welcoming environment. Stephanie and Kim are very personable and gracious. Doctor Johnston is clear in his analysis. An area to grow would be some sort of shade, blinds or sheets. Many patients suffer from Glaucoma, and the EXTREME BRIGHT NATURAL LIGHT makes navigating the office difficult.
