Dr Creed is excellent and experienced! Saved my sight!

Thank you Dr. Creed. Every time l tried to get scared from the procedures you were doing on me, your quiet reassuring manner made me relax. Thank you, I was very concerned but you answered my questions and was up front with the truth. When you didn't know the answer to my questions you said so. But you gave me hope and confidence in knowing you will find the answer and the right treatment for me. Thanks Dr. Creed and staff. I think you are the best. Very personal and very professional in a soft way.

He has been very proactive right from the beginning. Creed has a very good way with people and I actually look forward to my appointments, They would be ideal if it wasn't for the needles in the eyes.

First, Dr. Creed gives me the feeling that I am in good hands. He and his team are professional and friendly. Second, Ochsner -The Grove is a very well-run operation. Phone calls & messages are quickly returned and appointments really do seem to stick to the schedule. Overall, they provide an A+!healthcare experience. Strongly recommended.

Dr Creed was initially given a 5 star rating by me because initially my first experience was as excellent as all my experiences have been with ochsner's. However, the repair he made to my retina didn't actually take and I had to go back. The technique he used during the second repair was horrendous. I was about to yell and get out of the chair when he suddenly says very quickly. Okay, okay that's it. I'm done. You don't have to see me till next year. I explained to him that was very painful and burned deep into the back of my brain. Over the course of the next few days, my vision was very blurry and my eye watered and leaked constantly. I went back and discussed this with him and he said that he couldn't have caused issue with his procedure, however, he went ahead and measured an adjustment for glasses to accommodate the loss of vision in my right eye. I had an administrator there during the discussion that he denied that he could have caused the loss of vision. However, the measurements when I went in there gave me 20/20 vision both times I visited and after the procedure it was measured at 20/80 in my right eye. The fact that he denied culpability means I would not trust this man ever to work on my eyes.

Dr Creed is very polite and very thorough. I felt comfortable and never rushed during my appointment. Everyone did an outstanding job.

Doctor Creed is very thorough and goes over everything with you. My wife and I really like him and his work. All employees are ,also, great.

I have been seeing Dr Creed since 1997 and I absolutely adore him. He saved my eyesight in my right eye due to a retina detachment that he performed surgery on He is very personable and professional I love Dr Creed and no one can go wrong with him because he truly cares about each one of his patients
