The staff were all very courteous and professional. Especially the tech that did my initial testing and scans. She made me feel comfortable and informed me each step of the way. Dr. Carola B Okogbaa was so pleasant and was the epitome of professionalism. She answered my questions and explained her findings and next steps with clarity and eased my concerns. Unlike many doctors she listened to me and treated me with kindness. I highly recommend her practice!

Louisiana Center for Eyes is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the facility was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was very respectful, professional, and kind, which made me feel comfortable right away. They truly take the time to listen to you, answer all of your questions, and make sure you understand everything about your care. The doctors and staff are very caring and attentive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. I never felt rushed, and I felt heard and respected throughout my visit. I highly recommend Louisiana Center for Eyes to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

My son is an adult on the spectrum and Dr. Okogbaa and her staff amazingly keeps him calm and steady during visits. I absolutely love the peace and sense of security i have even Im there. The waiting area is nice and comfortable as well.

My 6 year old started going here this year. Dr. Okogbaa is very knowledgeable, professional and warm. Her team is wonderful and the customer service is impeccable. It's easy to make an appointment. My daughter looks forward to going every time. Thank you so much Louisiana Center for Eyes!!

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an eye clinic. They took 2-3 months to get my child's glasses ready, and during that entire time they never bothered to call, update us, or respond to any of our messages. Their communication is nonexistent, their service is unbelievably slow, and their staff is not honest about timelines or follow-ups. It feels like once they take your money, they completely forget about you. I will never come back and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This office was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending throughout my visit. I have nystagmus and require a specific accommodation for my glasses, including properly measuring eye movement and marking lenses for bifocal or transition lines. Despite having the proper frame and having completed the necessary exams to confirm my need, the transition lines were placed directly in the middle of the lenses without any measurement, rendering them ineffective. Staff repeatedly questioned me about whether I had previously had these glasses, even after I clearly answered yes and had taken the required exams. The constant questioning felt belittling, as if I had some reason to lie about my medical needs. My daughter's glasses were delayed, improperly fitted, and the optician spent the majority of her appointment on the phone rather than focusing on her. Additionally, staff implied her vision issues were due to screen time, despite me stating otherwise, and later sent an unsolicited, judgmental email about children and screen time. Between the dismissive attitude, repeated unnecessary questioning, poor workmanship, and lack of attention to pediatric care, this office showed a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly caution parents and anyone requiring accommodations before choosing this provider.

Dr. Okogbaa and her staff are very kind and friendly. The staff are always explaining what they're gonna do before hand. They also laugh and jokes with me as well. My experiences are always pleasant. I would always recommend her to anyone who needs an Optometrist
